We are here to help protect your motorcycle, boat, RV, ATV, and all those vehicles you use for your outdoor fun!

Our team takes an educational approach to simplify insurance and ensure that your family is prepared and protected on your great days to your worst. We are located in the beautiful, friendly town of Tipp City, OH. We are happy to also serve Dayton, Troy, Saint Paris, West Milton and all of the surrounding Miami Valley communities.

Along with Zack, we have Kacy, Christy, Alicen and Katie as licensed team members working together to provide a customer experience that is different than most insurance agencies. Our goal is to provide our customers with information to make decisions to properly protect their families and assets.

Zack is a graduate of Wittenberg University with a BA in Business Management and earned his ChFC designation in 2022. He is a member of the Tippecanoe Masonic Lodge and our agency is a proud member of both the Tipp City Chamber of Commerce and Downtown Tipp City.

Make sure and check our Facebook page to see what we are doing for our Monthly Giving Campaign where we encourage charity in the community by picking an initiative each month to support, helping local non-profit organizations serve those in need. We sponsor several sports teams in the area including Tipp City Junior Baseball and Tipp City Youth wrestling where Zack serves as coach.

Christy is an account representative who joined Zack’s team in 2017. Christy is licensed in home, auto, life and health insurance. Christy fell in love with Tipp City and it's residents while working here in college, and decided to stay for good to raise her twin boys. Christy is an active board member for Downtown Tipp City, and also works directly with several non-profits through the agency’s monthly giving initiative. She enjoys watching her boys play soccer, t-ball, and wrestle. She is also an avid indoor and outdoor plant lover, and loves fitness and cooking nutritious meals.

Katie is our customer service manager who joined Zack's team in 2020. She grew up in a small town in Arkansas before relocating to Ohio in 2014. She is also a veteran of the U.S. Army. In her free time, she loves playing board games with her sons and husband. She enjoys watching her kids wrestle and is actively involved in Piqua Junior Baseball and Piqua Youth Wrestling. Katie is currently licensed in home and auto insurance.

Kacy is a licensed account representative who joined Zack’s team in 2022. She enjoys getting to know our customers on a personal level in order to better help manage their everyday risks. Outside of the office she enjoys going home to her Golden Retrievers and German Shepard and her better half, Kirk. Being outdoors on warm days and taking care of others is her passion. She always looks forward to seeing our customers and community at the events we participate in with Tipp City. Kacy is currently licensed in home and auto insurance.

Alicen joined Zack's team in 2024. She is licensed in home, auto, life and health insurance. Alicen is passionate about helping others and is excited to have the opportunity to help us serve our community as she continues to grow in the agency. Alicen resides in Troy with her daughter, who inspires her. When she isn't at work her time is spent with her daughter and their Rottweiler, Rohan. Alicen is a resourceful DIYer who enjoys renovating her home and crafting in her free time.
